How Do I Choose a Package?

1 / Examine Your Needs

We suggest selecting a package based on the number of documents you need assistance with and/or the number of meetings you want with a member of our team. The Starter Package includes 6 sessions, the Intermediate includes 8, and the Premier includes 10. If you are in between packages, we recommend to purchase the package with additional sessions. Services can be swapped according to your needs — what is listed with each package is just a suggested breakdown (read below for additional information about interchanging services).

 

If you are dual applying, we recommend either the Intermediate Package or the Premier Package as they contain a sufficient number of sessions to create a second application. Our Premier Package offers the greatest number of sessions to address every element of your application – from VSLO all the way to Match Day!

Frequently Asked Questions

I am interested in purchasing a package, but I would like to swap services. Can I interchange services? 

Yes, you can swap services within a package. The packages are simply priced based on the recommended breakdown; however, if you choose to swap, the price will remain the same.

 

For example, if the package you bought includes 3 personal statement appointments, but you only want 2, you can instead use that extra personal statement appointment for another service in your package such as a letter of recommendation.

 

However, if the service you wish to book is not included in the package you have purchased, you will need to book the service individually. 

Can I send a document to be edited through email without an appointment?

No, documents are only available for review/editing through appointments or explicit communication with a member of our team. 

How does your Editing Package work and what services are included?

This is a package we offer as a result of high demand for our services. It is an offline only package with one (1) General Strategy & Advising appointment via Zoom. You are able to send your personal statement (one specialty included), CV/Resume, ERAS experiences, and 1 letter of recommendation in for revisions and receive access to our exclusive template bank. Each submission includes 2 revisions and returned within 72 hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment will be held for 10 minutes after your appointment time starts. Failure to show up after the 10 minutes will result in a cancellation and no refunds will be given.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

 What happens when there is no/limited availability and I would like an   appointment?

Package holders are granted priority over individual services. If you have purchased a package and need an appointment urgently, please email mhelpsu@gmail.com with the requested date(s) and time(s) and someone from our team will do our best to accommodate your request. 

    Do you work only with medical students applying for residency?

Nope! We work with all students, from high school to the doctoral level.
